APMT Project Phase 4B Area in Liberia was Completed and Handed over for Acceptance Inspection Ahead of Schedule

On July 25th, APMT Monrovia Container Yard Improvement Project Phase 4B Area in Liberia was formally completed and handed over for acceptance inspection, and at 9:00, July 27, the field handing-over was held. The general manager of the project owner APMT Liberia Company and resident engineer of the engineering consulting company CG&R attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, the general manager of APMT Liberia Company said that Phase 4 Area was the largest among the eight areas in the yard and that its completion would greatly facilitate the operation of the terminal and reduce the maintenance cost. APMT was satisfied at the completion of phase4B 6 days in advance, and he expressed his thanks to CHEC for its contribution.

This project is constructed in eight areas according to the requirements of the project owner to ensure the normal operation of other areas. The early completion of Phase 4B Area shows the good performance in progress, quality, safety and communication, wins the trust of the project owner and also builds up the confidence in realizing efficient performance of the contract in the whole project.
