Vice President of Burma Visited Maday Island Project of Sino-Burma Crude Oil Pipeline Terminal

On February 27, Tin Aung Myint Oo as Vice President of Republic of the Union of Burma inspected Maday Island Project of Sino-Burma Crude Oil Pipeline Terminal undertaken by CHEC, accompanied by U Lun Thi as the Minister of Energy and Li Junhua as Chinese Ambassador in Burma.

After getting to know about details of the project construction, the Vice President affirmed and highly spoke of smooth progress of the Project. He hoped the Project would benefit the people along the Project and help the local people in education, health, etc. He required CHEC and other participants to bravely face the difficulties and struggle to accelerate project construction and promote the friendship between China and Burma.
